Danone Waters of North America (Dannon) has filed a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) for the on-site discharge of bottle rinsewater to a proposed leach field with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. In addition to proposing the construction and operation of a new on-site leach field, Dannon is proposing the addition of a third water bottling production line to the facility some time in the near future, depending on regional market conditions and consumer demand for bottled spring water.
