                Document Description
            
            A sudivision of a 118 acre parcel in the Residential Suburban land use category.  It would divide the site into 34 parcels for the future development of 33 single-family residential units and a remaining open space area.  The proposed parcels would include 29 approximately one acre parcels, four parcels of approximately 2 acres each, and one 75.49 acre non-buildable open space parcel.  The proposed residential lots would be concentrated in the central, western, and southern portions of the site.  Residential lot development would occupy approximately 35% of the site, while open space would occupy 65% of the site.
