Update the City's General Plan Master EIR adopted in 1995 to include proposed General Plan amendments that would revise the Circulation and Transportation Map and text to reflect various upgrades and downgrades, revise the Airport Noise policy language, add achaeological/historical resource policies, revise school policy text to reflect SB50, revise the Salida Comprehensive Planning District to be consistent with the Stanislaus County General Plan, and revise employment estimates and related data to be consistent with the traffic model for the General Plan Master EIR.
