The City is entering into a Reinstated and Amended Development Agreement and approving associated Economic Development Subsidy Report, Transient Occupancy Revenue Sharing Agreement and Option to Purchase Agreement for the SilverRock Resort Project. These agreements allow the development of hotel and resort residential uses and a second 18-hole golf course consistent with the approved SilverRock Specific Plan. The intensity of development is reduced in comparison to the project as previously approved.
