Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number 1600-2019-0139-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Permittee, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC. The Permittee has requested, and CDFW has approved, a five-year extension pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1605, subdivisions (b) and (d). The new Agreement term expires January 21, 2030. The project includes the installation of a sewer line, construction of a maintenance road, the installation of ten (10) culverts, the placement of a soil stockpile, and the grading and restoration of open space drainage improvements.
