Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-60065-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Rocklin Department of
Public Works.
The City of Rocklin is constructing an approximately 1,000-foot-long roadway gap closure of
Monument Springs Drive from the existing terminus at Greenbrae Road to Hidden Glen Drive.
Project elements include earthwork/grading and vegetation removal; storm drainage
improvements; installation of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt roadway, and utility extensions;
construction of retaining walls; and installation of a prefabricated 146-foot-long clear-span
bridge.
