Document Description
The project is comprised of ten sub-projects which are being built as part of the larger Bickford Ranch Specific Plan. The ten sub-projects include the installation of one section of sewer line, the expansion of Sierra College Boulevard into two riparian areas, and the creation of five detention basins. The amendment includes a decrease in 0.853 acre of permanent riparian impacts and an increase in 0.044 acre of permanent waters impacts at sub-projects 4-8 and revision to the mitigation proposal to allow for the 0.044 acre of waters impacts to be mitigated partially via the onsite habitat creation and partially via the purchase of 4.125 freshwater marsh complex credits from the River Ranch Mitigation Bank.
