Reasons for Exemption
The proposed Circle K use at Ferrari Pavilion is consistent with the applicable land use designation, zoning, permitted development intensity, and relevant policies and development standards of the City of Lincoln General Plan, the Sun City Lincoln Hills General Development Plan, and the Lincoln Municipal Code. The project has been evaluated in relation to the Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 97022074) for the Revised Twelve Bridges Specific Plan. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, the City has determined that the project would not result in new significant environmental impacts or a substantial increase in the severity of impacts previously identified in the SEIR. The SEIR adequately analyzed the environmental effects associated with development of the type, scale, and location proposed. Accordingly, no further environmental review is required under CEQA Guidelines Section 15183.
