Use Permit PA23-0119 is required to establish residential development standards for the Saddleback Meadows development through a Planned Development (PD) combining district to facilitate development of the approved 181-unit development. The Use Permit is consistent with the General Plan Land Use designation, Suburban Residential (1B) consistent with the applicable Land Use Element Goals, and compliant with site development standards proposed through the PD Combining District as allowed by Zoning Code Section 7-9-48. The Use Permit follows June 24, 2025, Board approval of the Final Tract Map 15230.
