Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.42 prepared an Addendum to a previously certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for a Class 3 Permit Modification to the existing Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit) for DeMenno Kerdoon, dba World Oil Recycling (D-K Compton). DTSC prepared an Addendum pursuant to a previously certified 2000 EIR to evaluate activities associated with the Class 3 Permit Modification request. The Class 3 Permit Modification will authorize D-K Compton to conduct further development that will increase the efficiency of the site and reduce overall hazardous waste capacity by approximately 1.5 million gallons. D-K Compton is located at 2000 North Alameda Street in Compton, California 90222.
