The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.42 is approving an Addendum to a previously adopted Initial Study/Negative Declaration for a Class 3 Permit Modification to the existing Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit) for Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. – Santa Ana Service Center (Facility). This Permit Modification will authorize conversion of a currently installed 12,000-gallon product tank to a hazardous waste storage tank located at 2120 South Yale Street in Santa Ana, California 92704. This Permit Modification does not include any construction, ground disturbing activities, or other operational changes and all previous Permit requirements will remain in effect.
