The 0.027-acre easement is adjacent to a single-family residence within the Residential Single Dwelling Unit (RS-1-7) Base Zone, Coastal (Appealable) Overlay Zone and Coastal First Public Roadway Overlay Zones and is designated Low-Density Residential (5-9 dwelling units/acre) and Dedicated Open Space Park within the La Jolla Community Plan Area.
