Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-RIV-61242-R6 pursuant to Fish and
Game Code section 1602 to Mark Hayden.
The Project is limited to the construction of one outfall structure within the Salt Creek flood prone area. The outfall structure will be constructed on the northern bank of Salt Creek extending south from TTM 30808-1. Approximately 215 cubic yards of one-half-ton riprap will be placed onsite and 520 cubic yards of soil will be excavated from the Project site. The outfall will contain a concrete pipe within a square, at-grade concrete apron that outlets into ungrouted riprap.
