Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed and issued Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-58320-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section1602, to Mark Hayden. The Project is limited to the construction of a residential subdivision with one new storm drain outfall structure on the north bank of Salt Creek Flood Control Channel, as well as roadway improvements on Olive Avenue from Leon Road to Beeler Road and Leon Road from Salt Creek to Olive Avenue. Approximately 970 cubic yards of one-half-ton riprap will be placed onsite and 1,050 cubic yards of soil will be excavated from the Project site. The proposed outfall structure will convey outlet flows from future Storm Drain Line A-9 as part of the local Winchester Hills Community Facilities District (CFD) to drain both offsite and Tract 38832 onsite flows. The storm drain outfall will consist of a concrete pipe within a square, at-grade concrete apron that outlets into ungrouted riprap.
