Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS EPIMS-SCL-64969-R3, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to the County of Santa Clara. This Project is limited to the following activities on Pacheco Creek: Construction of a seasonal ford crossing approximately 100 feet (ft) in length and 20 ft in width via placement of two 30-inch (in) culverts in the low flow channel of Pacheco Creek at a historical crossing location. Rubber-tired backhoes will be used to place stored and adjacent stream gravels over the culverts. Culverts will be placed at an angle within the channel to facilitate fish passage.
