This project requests a Conditional Use Permit to establish a Transit Vehicle-service. repair, storage and Site Plan and Design Review for the development of 72 bus/van parking stalls, and associated site improvements on a 5.44-acre parcel in the Office Building (OB) zone. The development of the 72 parking stalls would be located at the southern 1.3-acre portion of the existing parcel. Site improvements consist of the addition of 72 paved parking stalls. paved drive aisles, additional lighting, additional drainage capacity. landscaping improvements, and the installation of a 6.000 gallon above-ground fueling tank.
