Document Description
The project proposes a 27,104-sf expansion of the existing Kaiser Ambulatory Surgery Center, a new 183,417-sf medical office building, 1,109 parking spaces, landscaping, and solar canopies over a portion of the parking lot. The project would construct three driveways, two off Broadstone Parkway and one off Iron Point Road. This project is an Addendum to the Final Program Environmental Impact Report for the Broadstone II Master Plan certified on October 27, 1992 (State Clearinghouse No. 1989092523).
