Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number AMA-14350-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Spyglass View Village LLC,
represented by Rob Aragon.
The overall project includes the construction of four individual infrastructure projects to prepare
the site for Phase II of the Castle Oaks housing development. These include the installation of a
new sewer line, the construction of a new water main, the construction of a new bridge over
Mule Creek, and the grading of the Castle Oaks Phase II lot to prepare the site for residential
development.
