Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Routine Maintenance Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-63129-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to City of Moreno Valley. The Project is limited to routine maintenance activities within the 20-foot wide low-flow channel within both the Line F Channel and the Oliver Street Channel. No work shall occur outside of the 20-foot wide low-flow channels as the remainder of the channels consist of mitigation areas. The low-flow channel within the Line F Channel and the Oliver Street Channel will be maintained annually by mowing or removing vegetation above the existing soil level not to exceed two feet (24-inches) in height. In addition, the City may remove sediment within the low-flow channel annually if sediment deposition levels have reached or exceed one-foot above the baseline marking as indicated on permanent markers.
