Document Description
Site Plan Review approval for modification of an existing Verizon Wireless telecommunications facility concealed within an existing church tower at 905 Atlantic Avenue. The project consists of removing six (6) existing antennas and six (6) remote radio units (RRUs), and installing six (6) new antennas (three (3) Ericsson AIR3283 antennas with integrated RRUs and three (3) JMA Wireless MX08FHG865-8HG antennas) and three (3) new RRUS 4490 units, together with related cabling and mounting hardware, entirely within the existing concealment element. No increase in height and no expansion of the existing equipment area or lease area is proposed.

None of the exceptions to the categorical exemptions set forth in Section 15300 of the CEQA Guidelines apply.
