Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace a utility pole and install a guy anchor along State Route 150 (SR-150), at postmile 18.6, E Ojai Ave, in the City of Ojai, County of Ventura, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
