Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to
replace an existing underground utility access box (handhole) that is damaged and
install a new one in its place within the sidewalk at State Route (SR) 213 at postmile
8.2, in the City of Torrance, County of Los Angeles, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 24 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 3 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
