Document Description
The Project involves a Development Agreement between the City of Santa Rosa and Museum on the Square, LLC for the City Hall Campus. The Development Agreement contemplates future adaptive reuse or redevelopment of the approximately 5.96-acre City-owned properties proposed for conveyance, consistent with the Downtown Station Area Specific Plan. No site-specific development proposal is currently proposed. For purposes of CEQA analysis, the Project conservatively assumes the potential demolition of all 13 existing buildings, totaling approximately 97,811 square feet, and associated site improvements.
