The project consists of rehabilitation of the existing Rowe Avenue water storage tank, including structural repairs, safety improvements, coating removal and replacement, and related work within the existing facility. Furthermore, none of the exceptions to categorical exemptions identified in CXEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 apply.
